BUTTERMILK CHESS PIE | |
3 sticks butter 4 c. sugar 9 eggs 6 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. buttermilk 4 tbsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. lemon juice Melt butter, add sugar. Along with other ingredient blend until smooth. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 325 degrees for approximately 30 to 40 minutes until firm. This will make 3 (9 inch) pies. |
