9" unbaked pie shell
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
3 rounded tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter and sugar; add flour and eggs; beat well. Stir in buttermilk and lemon extract. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake for 55 minutes or until set at 350 degrees. (Place on cookie sheet to bake.
