HUNGARIAN CABBAGE AND NOODLES 
1/2 med. head green cabbage, shredded (makes 8 c.)
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) med. egg noodles (cook & drain)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute cabbage in butter until brown, about 10 minutes. Add water. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Stir in noodles, sour cream, salt and pepper. Put in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Good hot or cold. Serving for 8.
