CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 chicken
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Oregano
Onions, chopped
Tortillas (flour)
Grated Cheddar cheese

SAUCE:

2 cans creamy mushroom soup
1 lg. can milk
Water
Chili peppers

Boil chicken, salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano until chicken falls from bones. Mix sauce in another pan. Fry tortillas, dip in sauce. Layer tortillas, cheese, onion and chicken. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted at 300 degrees.
