CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
1 whole seeded orange
2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
3 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped apple
Walnuts if desired

Grind cranberries and orange together. Add sugar and leave in refrigerator overnight. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add to cranberry mix. Add celery, apple and walnuts. Chill thoroughly.
