MEDITERRANEAN PIZZA 
1 (16 oz.) prebaked pizza crust
1/2 c. pizza sauce
6 oz. white mushrooms, sliced
8 very thin slices Prosciutto
3 tbsp. large capers
1 (13.75 oz.) can artichoke hearts, quartered
2 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella

Heat oven to 425°F. Transfer crust to pizza pan. Spread crust with sauce. Top with remaining ingredients.

Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

Makes 6 servings.
