CRANBERRY SALAD SUPREME | |
4 c. fresh cranberries 2 c. sugar 2 c. red grapes 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. heavy cream, whipped Grind cranberries, sprinkle with sugar, and let drain overnight. (Juice can be used for fruit punch.) Cut grapes in half and remove seeds unless they are seedless. Add grapes and nuts to well drained cranberry mixture. Fold in whipped cream and mound on lettuce to serve, or as an accompaniment to Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. |
