RHUBARB FIESTA DESSERT 
Fill 9x13 inch pan 1/4 full with rhubarb or strawberries or raspberries or mix as desired.

Sprinkle over: 2 tbsp. Minute tapioca 1 (3 oz.) box raspberry or strawberry Jello 1/2 yellow white cake mix

Pour over: 1/2 c. melted butter

Bake for 1 hour. Good served with hot or cold. Better with ice cream or whipped cream.
