FETTUCCINE PRIMAVERA | |
1 lb. pkg. fettuccine noodles 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. butter 1 red pepper, julienned 1 green pepper, julienned 4 scallions, sliced 3/4 c. sliced yellow squash 3/4 c. sliced zucchini 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tsp. basil 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter; saute vegetables 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in rest of ingredients and toss with hot, drained fettuccine. |
