CREOLE STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak, seasoned
1 sm. diced onion
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire
3 tbsp. cooking oil
4 tbsp. flour

Brown steak. Add boiling water and turn on low heat. In a small skillet, heat cooking oil and add flour. Stir until brown, making a roux. Add onions and cook until wilted. Add to meat, stirring until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until steak is tender. Serve gravy over hot, cooked rice.
