1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 pkg. taco seasoning
16 oz. can refried beans
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. shredded Mexican Velveeta
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped lettuce
Salsa (optional)

Brown ground beef and drain; add taco seasoning according to package. Fill tortillas with ground beef and roll up. Place in 9 x 13 cake pan or baking dish of similar size. Spread with refried beans. Sprinkle with Velveeta. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with tomatoes and lettuce. Spread with sour cream and salsa (if desired).
