1/2 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 c. chopped cabbage 1 tbsp. oil or butter Brown beef and onion in oil. Add cabbage and cover. Cook 5 minutes until cabbage is tender crisp (drain off oil). Roll dough very thin (about 1/8 inch) and cut into 6 or 7 inch squares. Place about 3 tablespoons of meat mixture in the center of each square. Bring the corners of dough to the center and pinch edges together. Place smooth side up on a greased baking sheet. Let rise about 30 minutes or until light brown and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 8 Runzas. |
