GOB CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines devil's food cake mix
1 (4 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 2 jelly roll pans lined with wax paper on bottom.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Check and then watch carefully; it will take more time depending on your oven.

When done, remove from pans and remove wax paper. Ice one of the 2 pieces, then put the other piece on top.

Icing:

1 c. milk
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar

Heat milk and add flour slowly. Cook until thick while stirring constantly (will become almost as thick as Crisco). Cool completely! Beat the Crisco, butter and sugar, then beat with flour/milk mixture. Beat for a long time (5 to 10 minutes) until fluffy.
