SAUSAGE-VEGETABLE FETTUCINI BAKE 
3/4 pkg. fettucini noodles
1 pkg. sweet Italian sausage
1 carrot
1 zucchini squash
1 yellow squash
1 jar (15 oz.) lite spaghetti sauce
1 sm. carton Ricotta cheese

Cook noodles, drain and set aside. Brown sausage, drain and set aside. Julienne cut carrot and squash. Blanch, drain and set aside.

In 8x8 inch casserole, layer noodles, sauce mixed with sausage, vegetables and Ricotta. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
