EASY LEMON CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) fryer
1 stick of butter
1/2 sm. can of frozen concentrated lemonade
1 tbsp. of salt

Cut up chicken in pieces. Rub slightly with salt. Place in a 9 x 13 x 3 inch Pyrex dish. Melt butter in saucepan and stir in frozen undiluted lemonade. stir until well mixed. Pour over chicken. Cover tightly with foil and cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
