1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramel candy
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix as directed on box, add 1/2 can Eagle Brand milk and butter. Pour 1/2 of batter in 9 x 13 greased, floured pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees, remove from oven. Melt candy and remainder of Eagle Brand milk in double boiler. Pour over partly baked cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over this. Pour remaining batter over chips and nuts. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
