VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 bags frozen cauliflower, broccoli & carrot mixture
2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 sticks butter
Finely crushed Ritz crackers

Boil vegetables 5 minutes; drain well. Melt cheese with butter. Mix vegetables and cheese. Put in a 9 x 12 inch or 13 inch pan, sprinkle finely crushed Ritz crackers over top. Bake 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
