LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar

Mix into crumbs with pastry blender. Pat into 8x16 jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. lemon juice (do not strain)
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together and pour over baked crust. Bake again 25 minutes. Sift powdered sugar on top of hot cake. Cool; cut into bars.
