CHEESE DIP OR MOLD 
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. jar pimento
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. sweet pickle
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. cream, whipped
Parsley/nuts

Combine all ingredients, but cream. Fold in whipped cream. (If molded cover with parsley and chopped nuts.)
