SPAGHETTI BAKE 
2 slices bacon, diced
2 onions, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Fry bacon 2 minutes; add onions and cook until soft. Add meat; cook until brown. Stir in seasonings, tomato sauce and water. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Break half the spaghetti into a greased casserole. Cover with half the sauce and half the cheese. Repeat with a second layer. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 more minutes. 6 servings.
