SOFT PRETZELS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
Egg whites

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and salt. Mix well. Gradually add flour. Knead well 8-10 minutes. Roll into strips and twist. Brush with egg whites. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
