ANNE'S RHUBARB/STRAWBERRY PIE 
9 inch double crust pie
2 1/2 c. rhubarb
2 1/2 c. strawberries
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour

Mix sugar and flour together so that the flour doesn't clump. In a big bowl, mix fruit with sugar and flour mixture. Pour into crust and cover with top crust. Bake the first 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then turn down to 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Use 1 1/2 inches foil around the edge of the crust for the first 20 minutes, then remove foil (to avoid edge burning).
