NON-GREASY CRACKLIN CORN BREAD 
2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
4 tbsp. oil
1 (2 oz.) bag pig skins, crushed
1 c. buttermilk

Combine all ingredients. Add buttermilk to make a thin batter. Pour into a greased iron skillet. Bake at 450 degrees until brown on top.
