HOT CRAB-CHEESE SANDWICH 
13 oz. crab meat or sea legs
1/3 c. sour cream
2 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. chives
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Old Bay seasonings

Drain crab meat; mix with other ingredients and heat through thoroughly. Melt additional cheese on top.
