SAUSAGE FRUIT BAKE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 can sweet potatoes, drained & sliced
1 can sliced peaches, drained
3 tart cooking apples, cut in 1/8 slices
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar

Fry sausage over medium heat, 15 or 20 minutes; drain. In buttered casserole, alternate layers of sausage, sweet potatoes and fruit.

Pour melted butter over and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove cover, bake 15 minutes longer or until apples are tender.
