1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. apple butter
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. sifted flour

Cream butter, eggs. Mix in apple butter. Blend together soda and buttermilk, add to mixture. Add spices to flour and add to mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Glaze with 10X sugar with apple juice or apple butter.
