Pinch celery seed
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. salt
3 tbsp. black pepper
1 sm. box paprika
2 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Accent
2 tbsp. onion flakes

Mix all ingredients and shake over meat - barbecue as usual.
