12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. salted peanuts
10 1/2 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt the chips. Remove from heat and blend in the peanut butter. Add peanuts and marshmallows. Spread in large 13 x 9 pan, lined with wax paper. Chill to set.
