1 can refried beans
12 oz. jar salsa
4 green onions, chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

In a pan combine all the ingredients except for the cheese. Put cheese on top and put in the oven at 375 degrees until cheese has melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
