1 stick butter
2 sm. cans B & B mushrooms
1 chicken, cut up
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
Seasoning to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a non stick oven proof pot, place butter, mushroom juice and seasoned chicken. Cover and put in oven. Cook until chicken is done, about 1 hour. While chicken is cooking, melt cheese and put in mushrooms. When chicken is done, add cheese and sauce. Uncover and cook about 15 minutes longer. Can be served over noodles.
