BARBECUED PORK 
4 hamburger buns
2 c. chopped, cooked pork
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil or butter
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. grated onion or instant minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Lightly brown pork and green pepper in vegetable oil. Pour off excess oil. Add catsup, brown sugar, water, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Cook slowly, 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.
