BARBECUED RIBS 
4-6 lbs. pork ribs
1 c. catsup
2/3 c. tomato juice
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 clove garlic, minced

Cut ribs into serving size pieces and boil in 4 quarts water for 20 minutes; drain. Prepare sauce by combining all ingredients except ribs. Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes. Cook ribs on grill for 40 minutes, turning often. Then brush with sauce and cook until done.
