HOT TURKEY OR CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
2 c. celery, diced
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. potato chips, crushed

In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey or chicken with celery, almonds, salt, thyme and pepper. Stir in the mayo or salad dressing and blend well. Add cheese and toss, then transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips.

Bake, uncovered, in 450°F oven for 15 minutes until heated through.
