WESTERN STRAWBERRY TIFFANY TORTE 
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 3/4 c. milk
1 qt. strawberries, sliced
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
Cool Whip

Mix wafer crumbs and butter to make a crust; set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Press the rest into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. In a bowl, gradually add 1/2 cup milk with cream cheese. Blend well and add the rest of the milk, pudding mix and lemon rind. Beat slowly for 1 minute. Spread on top of crumb crust. Layer strawberries on top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with rest of wafers and cool for 6 hours or overnight.
