SPANISH RICE PIE 
Crusts for 2 double crust pies
2 lbs. ground beef, browned with salt, pepper, basil, oregano & garlic salt to taste
1 lg. bag frozen corn, cooked according to directions
8 servings Minute Rice, cooked according to directions
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce

Put all above ingredients (except crusts) into a large saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. Put hot mixture into pie crusts and cover with top crusts. Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown (about 20 minutes). Any leftover rice mixture can be eaten as is!

This sounds like it should be called Italian Rice Pie. Perhaps you should try salsa instead of spaghetti sauce and add a can of green chiles to the mixture for a "Spanish Rice" flavor.
