CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 onion
3 cans of cream of chicken soup or 1 can cheddar cheese soup or substitute 1 jalapeno cheese soup
1 lb. linguini
Mushrooms (optional)
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. cheddar

Cook chicken in broth and then chunk. Brown 1 onion in 4 to 5 tablespoons butter. Mix 3 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 can cheese soup. Add to onion mixture and add 1 can of water. Cook 1 pound linguini in broth. Add to soup mixture. Makes 2 casseroles.

Spray casserole pans and then layer linguini mixture with Mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Top with a cheese layer and bake until thoroughly heated. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Freeze 1 casserole for another meal.
