STUFFED PEPPER CUPS 
6 med. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. stewed tomatoes or 1 1/2 lb. can
3/4 c. pkg. precooked rice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 c. shredded cheese

Cut off top of green peppers; remove seeds and membrane. Precook green pepper cups in boiling salted water about 5 minutes; drain. Brown meat and onion in hot fat; as tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer until rice is almost tender, about 5 minutes. Add cheese. Stuff peppers; stand upright in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with more cheese. For crisp peppers, omit precooking.
