BAR-B-Q RIBS ITALIANO 
Ribs (beef or pork), 1 lb. per person
Seven Seas Italian dressing (my personal favorite), 1 or 2 lg. bottles (use as much as needed to marinate)

1. Trim ribs and cut into serving sizes.

2. Parboil ribs to remove excess fat and to partially cook the meat.

3. Marinate ribs in the Italian dressing for several hours (2-4 hours).

4. Then grill or Bar-B-Q them until done.
