CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. warm water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can milnot
2 pkg. graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. sugar

Mix Jello, water and lemon juice. Set aside to cool. Blend cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Add Jello mixture. Whip milnot milk until stiff, fold in Jello mixture. Crush graham crackers, pour melted butter and 3 teaspoons sugar over crumbs. Put 2/3 of crumb mixture over sides and bottom of pan. Pour Jello mixture over this, sprinkle remainder of crackers on top. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
