CINNAMON CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Beat in vanilla. Add butter and beat. Mix in chocolate chips. Bake in 8 x 8 inch greased and floured pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This recipe may be doubled for a 9 x 13 inch pan. Freezes well. Has been used successfully in La Paz.
