BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, toasted and cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
8 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Place bread crumbs in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. Combine eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
