MOM'S SESAME CHICKEN 
2-3 lb. chicken pieces
1/4 c. white wine
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt

Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Grill or broil chicken pieces. Baste with marinade.
