APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
Topping (below)
2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 c. finely chopped apples

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease round layer pan 9 x 1 1/2 inch or square pan 8x8x2 inches. (Prepare topping.) Mix baking mix, sugar, egg and milk. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Stir in apples. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes clean, 20-25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Bisquick
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Mix until crumbly.
