IRISH COLECANNON 
1 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 pkg. chopped brussels sprouts (frozen)
4 c. mashed potatoes (Pillsbury Idaho flake dried potatoes, 1 box)
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Use large baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Thaw broccoli and brussels sprouts. Fold in potatoes, onion, butter and milk into thawed broccoli and sprouts. Whip to blend well. Place in baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. This will keep 1 hour in a warm oven until served.
