YOU'D NEVER GUESS (IT'S SPINACH) DIP | |
1 pkg (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1/2 c. chopped and peeled onion 1/4 c. chopped, trimmed parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 2 c. mayonnaise 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce Drain frozen chopped spinach, squeezing out all excess liquid. Place in a blender or processor. Add chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and liquid hot pepper sauce to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (Serving size 16.) |
