DELICIOUS MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. elbow macaroni OR
2 1/4 c. bow ties
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1/2 lb. medium sharp cheese
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Parmesan cheese
Progresso bread crumbs

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse. Melt butter in saucepan; add onion and cook until clear; blend in flour to make smooth paste. Add tomatoes and cook over low heat, stirring, until sauce is thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted; stir in Accent, seasonings and cooked macaroni. Pour mixture into 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; garnish with tomato slices if you like, and return to oven for 5 minutes more.
