HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
3/4 c. mushroom pieces (canned)
1/2 c. crumbled fried onions
1/8 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together except cheese and onions. (This can be done the night before.) Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Good on bread or crackers.
