HONEY-BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Cooked rice

4 chicken breasts, cut each in half may also be used.

Place chicken, skin side up, in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, basting with the pan juices every 15 minutes. Serve with rice. Yields: 4-6 servings.
