EASY SWISS STEAK 
Round steak
Flour
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes, crushed
Salt, pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 env. Lipton onion soup

Flour and pound the steak to tenderize, cut into serving pieces. Brown in hot oil. Place meat into baking dish with the other ingredients, already mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender, covered with foil or lid.
