"VEGETABLE SALAD" | |
1 bunch broccoli 1 head cauliflower 1 red onion (med.) 3/4 to 1 lb. bacon, crisp & crumbled 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1/3 c. sugar Chop each vegetable into small pieces. Layer in an airtight container broccoli, onion, cauliflower, then bacon. Mix 1 pint Hellmann's mayonnaise with 1/3 cup sugar. Cover vegetables with mayonnaise, but do not stir. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving. |
